CareLogic Login Yields Blank Screen

Have you recently tried to login to CareLogic and receive nothing but a blank white screen? It is possible that the PC you are using has been automatically upgraded to Internet Explorer 10 which is not completely compatible with CareLogic.

In order to check which version of Internet Explorer you are currently using:

    Open IE, click on Help and About Internet Explorer.

If you see "Windows Internet Explorer 10" in the window that pops up you can follow the instructions in the attached article in order to change the compatibility mode back to Internet Explorer 9 which will allow you to access CareLogic successfully.
